Kevin’s Krazie Dippin’ Shrimp

1 stick of salted butter
8 oz. of white wine
1 lb. of shrimp (white, peeled)
2 roma tomatoes
1 bunch of green onions
1 orange
3 cloves of fresh garlic
6 medium sized leaves of fresh basil
one loaf of good french bread
salt (to taste)
Sriracha (to taste, not much)

In a medium sized skillet, add butter and sriracha over medium heat.  Chop green onions, tomatoes, garlic and ad to skillet with salt.  cook until tomatoes get soft then add in shrimp and cook for 5 minutes (or until cooked). now add the wine (8 oz or 16 oz.) and squeeze orange juice (avoid getting the seeds in).  simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes or less.. taste to make sure you didnt fuck it up. add salt because you probably put too little in the begining.

Serve in bowls. eat shrimp. dip bread in sauce.
